Dr. Emily Nava is a passionate advocate for children and families. As the Clinical Director of Cradle Cares Foundation, she brings a wealth of experience as a pediatric physical therapist and as a mother. Her journey began in 2016 when, as a new mom, she realized the importance of a supportive community—especially when navigating challenges like breastfeeding, tongue tie, and reflux. This experience led her to create Cradle Collective, now an integral part of Cradle Cares Foundation, where she helps families with a holistic, family-centered approach to care. With her expertise and personal experience, Dr. Emily continues to guide the foundation in its mission to nurture children and empower parents to thrive.
